Terms of play

Your adult account

You must be 18 or older to register, verify an email you control, and supervise children using your account. Keep sign-in codes private. Saved scores belong to the verified account; anonymous progress from the previous domain cannot automatically be linked to a new email account.

Free and paid access

Color Clash, Memory Pop and Number Dash are free after registration. The remaining 50 games require paid access. Shared links do not bypass registration or purchase requirements.

Pick 15 costs $10.00 as a one-time purchase for 15 premium games selected before checkout, in addition to the three free games. All games costs $25.00 as a one-time purchase for the full current library of 53 games. Neither player pack renews. Selected games cannot be exchanged after payment. Existing purchases are not credited automatically toward another pack. Access lasts while the games and service remain available; it is not a promise of perpetual operation. Owner Pro venue tools remain separate, at $29.00 per month or $249.00 per year. All prices are in USD plus applicable tax shown before payment.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Manage billing from your player card to review your plan, update payment details or cancel future renewals. Access is granted after Stripe confirms payment and subscription status. Full refunds remove the refunded pack’s access; partial refunds retain the pack. Access is paused for open payment disputes and restored if the dispute is won, unless the payment has been fully refunded. Test-mode purchases use simulated money, do not count as income and do not grant live-mode access. Your purchase is not complete just because you return from checkout. No payment can be taken while checkout is disabled. Applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Sharing and fair play

Share challenges through your messaging apps or QR codes. Anyone with the link can see the challenge details. Keep private information out of titles. Do not automate competitive play, manipulate results, bypass access controls, or misuse other players’ data. Scores, crowns and XP have no monetary value; there are no cash prizes.

Account controls and availability

You can export your saved account information, delete play history, archive challenges and sign out from your player card. A data request can be submitted there for owner review. Deleting play history does not cancel subscriptions or delete authentication and billing records. Features and availability can change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of game records.

Purchase support

Payment support and the merchant’s contact details must be available on the Stripe checkout and customer portal before paid access opens. Use Manage billing for active subscriptions and the account-data request button for account questions.
